Weekly Wednesday lunchtime gathering

This week, in lieu of our weekly lunch-and-discussion group, we will have an open time to pray and be still before the Lord in the midst of the MPH'ers finals period. Come if you can, and be refreshed in His presence as we sit at his feet.

Beginning-of-year prayer meeting

Please join us for our annual before-the-new-school-year joint prayer meeting with the other fellowships around the Hopkins Medical campus! Especially for those of you who would like to lead/serve in PHCF this year. Two options, both potluck:

1. Thursday 8/25, 6-930pm -- 1526 E Fairmount Ave, 21231 / Teresa's house 10min walk from JHSPH, cell phone: 443 745 9250

Other events

In addition, some upcoming events with our ministry partner Johns Hopkins International Fellowship to add to your calendar:

1. Harpers Ferry trip (register here) -- Sat Aug 27, afternoon/evening. Hike along the Potomac River into Harpers Ferry and then enjoy the rest of the afternoon exploring town and eating dinner at the classic American buffet, Golden Corral.
2. Labor Day BBQ (register here) -- Sat Sep 3, 330-730pm. Come hang out with us at a dear friend's house in Reisterstown! Indoor and outdoor activities, delicious food, and sweet fellowship with folks from the SPH, SON, and SOM.
