Wed lunch mtg W2017, Student Activities Fair Monday, Housing/Job/Conference opportunities!

Dear PHCF,

Can you believe that the new class of MPH students is having orientation this Thursday and starting summer term next week?! Many prayers for the incoming students (and continuing students, staff, and faculty) here at the School of Public Health - that we can practice giving and receiving grace in what can be tough times of transition, and that the good news of Jesus can be shared! May you abide in the Truth today, having the eyes to see and ears to hear who he wants you to love in word and in deed.

I also wanted to share two songs to reflect on: Heart of Worship (Matt Redman) and I shall not want (Audrey Assad)

PHCF meets this week (and all summer) on Wednesdays at lunchtime in Room W2017 in the School of Public Health. This week, we will pray and prepare for the student activities fair (and have food-and-fellowship time). Anyone who wants to assist at the Activities Fair on Monday (11am-12:30pm) in Feinstone is welcome to join me and Shawn - and get a free lunch! We are excited to let the new students know that there are Christ-followers on campus who are faithful to meet and encourage one another!

Grace, mercy, and peace will be with us, from God the Father and from Jesus Christ the Father's Son, in truth and love (2 John 3)Teresa - for PHCF

You who fear the Lord, trust in the Lord! He is their help and their shield. The Lord has remembered us; he will bless us; he will bless the house of Israel; he will bless the house of Aaron; he will bless those who fear the Lord, both the small and the great. Psalm 115:11-13
