Fri 11am ET Bible study, Prayer Request, Book recommendation, and more
Dear Public Health Christian Fellowship,
"Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are bing renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." 2 Cor 4:16-18
Brothers and sisters, I pray that we do not "lose hearts" and "continue focusing on what is unseen" and be transformed in Christ Jesus. I am sure there are a lot of real-life examples for these verses. But one that stood out for me as I pondered these verses is: we are not only praising God by "what is seen" by human's eyes (action or words), but also by what is unseen (our hearts and minds). We can fake our appearances, words, deeds, but we cannot fake our hearts and minds.
